From your perch you can watch the kayaks on Missouri River pass by and think about how long until they reach the Mississippi in St. Louis. You can see the downtown airport and be the first to know when Taylor Swift’s plane lands on Chiefs game day. Across the street is a bicycle shop and a brew pub. Half a block away is the City Market which has been providing fruits and vegetables to Kansas City since 1857. The free Streetcar can take you to Union Station for the morning train to Chicago or the night train to Albuquerque and Los Angeles. You might not need that car for weeks or even choose to go car free!

But by far the most enjoyable aspect is the Friday and Saturday evenings on the front patio with your neighbors. One of our residents was World Cup soccer player Graham Zusi. Boy he had some good stories for the patio. There is strength in community.
