Garage is in decent shape structurally but could use some love to bring it up to speed. Inside is workable once you get past all the previous owners stuff. Grand Staircase with beautiful wainscoting is all wood and ready to shine once again and also has storage space underneath. Ceilings are good except a few spots needing some cosmetic repairs. Upstairs Bedrooms are all in great shape with just minor cosmetic repairs. Wallpaper throughout and solid wood doors. (possible future addition) Basement needs a little work but it’s not a lost cause, you’ll just have to see it and make your own judgement. Second floor carpet needs a good steam clean or can just be replaced. (not sure if there is solid wood underneath the carpet but wouldn't be surprised if it did) However, there is solid wood floors in the Den/Study but the Livingroom and Kitchen has LVP (not sure what's underneath) Den/Study has a brick fireplace that appears in great shape cosmetically but not sure the internal condition. HVAC and Water Heater are in unknown condition. A/C is all window units. Kitchen cabinets appear to be wood and just needing paint and new hardware. No Refrigerator or Stove and Dishwasher is in unknown condition.
